GTA 6 HACKERS DETAILS
As it became known a while ago, a group of hackers have breached Rockstar’s data for GTA 6 and are threatening to publish it if a ransom is not paid by 14 of April.
The group is called ShinyHunters and they are adding Rockstar Games to the dark web.The team claims to have gained access to financial data of Rockstar Games ,player spending habits, marketing timelines and contracts with other companies.
According to the team,the breach occurred through Anodot: a SaaS cloud monitoring tool used by Rockstar Games
At this time, there is no official information about the amount the hackers are demanding. All we know is that if the amount is not paid by April 14, some data will be leaked.
So far there is no confirmed evidence and we do not know if all of the above is true and all we can do is wait until the deadline expires. Rockstar Games has not made any announcement at this time.
